♦ ♦ ♦ HVAC:
Our inspector will check the heating and air-conditioning units and inspect ductwork, maintenance, filters, and make sure the firebox is in good working order. He'll also make sure the filters are up to date and check for mold, lead, and asbestos.
♦ ♦ ♦ Pumping:
The lead pressure will be checked to make sure your system is working correctly. Also the sewer connection is checked and the downspout for air vents on the sewer.
♦ ♦ ♦ Termites:
Inspections are done visually to see if feces come out of the ceiling and walls. We can recommend termite inspection.
♦ ♦ ♦ Dry Rot:
Inspector will crawl into attic and check for roof leaks. He'll also crawl under the house and inspect the plumbing going into the kitchen and bath.
♦ ♦ ♦ Electrical:
The inspector will check switches and plugs for proper grounding, as well as the water in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. He looks for burned fuses and that there's no flickering when lights are turned on. He also checks the outdoor lighting and yard/porch lights.
